So you want to be a maritime photographer?

Photographer taking photos on Schooner HeritageWe at the Maine Windjammer Association hear the same sentiment over and over again.  “There are so many beautiful places to photograph on your cruises, I wish I knew more about how to use my camera to capture the scenes on board”.  For this reason, many of the captains in the Maine Windjammer Association fleet have created themed photography cruises to help guests capture their memories with the help of professional photographers.

Each of the photography cruises scheduled features a different professional photographer with a unique approached. From relaxed “tips with the photographer” sessions to workshop-oriented lessons, guests on board the Maine Windjammer Association’s photography cruises will learn how to take stunning photos and capture memories from the photo-worthy Maine Coast.

Learn everything from how to use a simple digital camera to capturing stunning images and advance lighting techniques with the ideal photo opportunities aboard a Maine windjammer on these cruises scheduled in 2019.
